Delivery conditions
Our most used transport company is UPS. For large shipments, we often use TNT.
The shipping cost is not included in the prices shown on our website, but will be charged together with the ordered goods.
The prices vary according to how big an item is ordered, the price will be stated when ordering.
All our goods can be delivered worldwide, there are no restrictions on where we send the goods to.
Goods are generally delivered within 2-3 working days after the order has been received if your country is within the EU. If the item has to be sent longer, it can take up to 10 days. Time on.
Should, contrary to expectations, problems or delays arise in connection with the delivery, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone. If you are not at home to receive your delivery, please fill in the fields regarding Second delivery address.
If the item cannot be delivered to the chosen address, additional costs may arise for a possible re-delivery, which BEOstæren reserves the right to charge.
Collection of goods In the store at Aldersrogade 6c, 2100 KBH Ø
If you wish to pick up your order in our store, you are very welcome to do so. Contact us about this at info@beostaeren.dk immediately after your purchase and we will set the item aside for you. When collecting, please bring receipt and photo ID. Ordered goods must be collected within 7 working days, after which the order will be cancelled.
There are no extra costs in connection with the delivery of goods directly from the store.
