SHOPPING AT BEOSTAER IS EASY.
You simply have to select the item(s) you want and click buy. The item is then automatically added to the shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping, or you can make the actual purchase by clicking "proceed to payment". If you do this, you will be forwarded to the check-out process. Here you must enter your name, delivery address and payment. Then click buy and you will receive an order email.

When you have clicked buy, the store receives a delivery note that describes the item. It will then be taken down and packed thoroughly, but then sent to the stated delivery address. Normally, it will take between 2-3 days before your item is delivered. Only when the item has been dispatched will we withdraw the money from your account.



I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
If you should not have received your item, please call or write to us. There may have been a misunderstanding.



WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When you have completed an order on beostaeren.dk, you will receive an order confirmation.

This acts as our pick slip that is sent down to the warehouse. When they have packed your item(s) and it is ready to be delivered, you will receive an email that your item is now on its way.



CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can always change or cancel your order before the item has been sent for delivery. If you don't by then, unfortunately we can't do much, but we recommend that you send the item back immediately.



I AM IN DOUBT IF MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH. WHAT DO I DO?
If you are in doubt as to whether your order has gone through, we recommend that you call us.
