The information below describes the rules and conditions for online trading at Beostaeren.dk. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact us.

 

Order

At Beostaeren.dk it is possible to buy used B&O products. All products have been inspected and function as intended. It is possible to buy online or in store. If you order online, you can choose to pick up the item in store, or have it sent for a shipping fee.

 

All orders on the webshop, beostaeren.dk, are associated with BEOStæren's terms and conditions, which the buyer must accept before ordering. We encourage the buyer to read the conditions thoroughly and familiarize themselves with the obligations and rights before placing an order.

 

After ordering willBEOSTÄREN send an order summary to the buyer's stated email address. The sum of the order is only deducted from the buyer's payment card when the item has been picked from stock and dispatched according to the buyer's delivery request.

 

To place an order, the buyer must enter name, email, address, telephone number, payment card and place the order by clicking 'buy' in the check-out phase.

 

 

Payment

At Beostaeren.dk, it is possible to pay for orders through the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro.

Cancellation

BEOSTÄREN reserves the right to cancel the buyer's order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, out-of-stock items or the like. If, against all expectations, this should happen, the buyer will hear from us within 24 hours.

BEOStæren reserves the right to, in case of abuse, deny individual users access to trading on Beostaeren.dk for a limited period.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

At Beostaeren.dk you have 14 days full right of return. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you 1)has received your item,  2) takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.


You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email, telephone or similar. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. When you have regretted your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item.

You can also cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item. Buyer must pay shipping costs themselves.If you want your item(s) returned, you as a customer must pay the cost of returning it yourself.

You must ensure and remove the previous package label, or stick the new label on top of the old one.

Should you have your item(s) returned, BEOStæren offers an extra ordinary and forwarded return label. You must stick this label on the package which is delivered to the nearest parcel shop.

Returned goods must be returned in the same condition, in original packaging and in the same quantity as received. When sending, the item must be packed carefully in the same packaging/package as received or in new packaging/package, which the buyer is responsible for.The BEOStern reserves the right to reject a return item that has not been sent back in packaging/package. In this case, the right of return expires and you cannot get your item returned.

There is no right of return on BeoVision and BeoLab products.

As an additional service, it will be possible to hand in your item(s) during the store's opening hours:

Return of used goods

The item's condition when it is sent back to Beostaeren.dk

The customer is only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and the way the goods function. In other words - the customer can try the product in the same way as in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if the customer cancels the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, the customer must therefore do the same as in a physical store. The customer may test the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of payment including delivery costs.

 

Refund of the purchase amount:

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We carry out such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.The BEOSternrecommend and contact the support department before returning.

 

Right of complaint and warranty

BEOStæren offers a two-year right of return on all goods.

 

As a starting point, the buyer therefore has a full right of complaint for two years from the date on which the goods were received and if the goods appear to be faulty or have significant defects (a defect is defined as a fault which causes the goods to not match what was expected). Reasons for this may be incorrect description or missing spare parts, which make the product unusable. Improper use and normal wear and tear are not considered a defect, which is why the product cannot be advertised.

 

When the buyer becomes aware of a defect, we ask the buyer to immediately create a support case by writing to us here within a reasonable time. After this, BEOStären must receive the entire item incl. additional equipment, such as cables etc. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs themselves 14 days after receiving the goods. When BEOStären receives the item, selected personnel will assess the defect and try to remedy the defect. If it is not possible to remedy the defect, compensation will be given in the form of an identical product or refund of the product's sum. In the case of complaints, BEOStären does not pay for the shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer and BEOStären to produce sufficient evidence that can demonstrate the essential defect. On individual product groups, there is a five-year warranty from the manufacturer (see section After-sales service/Commercial guarantees). Complaints within these product groups are outside BEOStæren's complaint period, which is why the product is in some cases sent directly to the manufacturer, who then assesses whether the product appears to be faulty. BEOStæren is not responsible for complaints about goods that exceed the two-year complaint period, but we are of course helpful during the entire period. In case of complaints, we ask the buyer to contact us here. We then look at the case, and the buyer receives confirmation that the case has been notified by a support employee. The support employee will then assess the case and produce a solution within a short time (typically 2-3 working days).

Please note that BEOStæren does not pay for shipping costs in the event of complaints.

Shipping and delivery within Denmark

BEOStæren delivers the goods within Denmark against payment of a delivery and handling fee. The shipping prices are as follows:

 

0-5 kg = 150,-
5-10 kg = 300,-
10-20 kg = 1000,-
20-50 kg = 1500,-
50-100 kg = NOK 2,500

 

Shipping and delivery outside Denmark

BEOStæren delivers exclusively within DK's borders.

 

Children and young people under the age of 18

You must be 18 years of age to shop at Beostaeren.dk, if you are under 18 you must have consent from your parents..

 

Personal data policy

In connection with orders, BEOStæren will process information about the buyer with the aim of processing the order correctly.

Data is solely between the data processor (BEOStæren) and the data provider (buyer) and is not given to third parties. As a buyer, you can have your information deleted at any time, however we recommend that the buyer does not do this within the complaint period, as this will affect our level of service in the event of any complaints.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at BEOStæren.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with BEOStær and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer information encrypted.

As registered with BEOStæren, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. Beostaeren.dk uses cookies for traffic measurement, search engine optimization, advertising in relation to online behavior and personalized content to improve the buying experience for the buyer.
