BEOlab 5 Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Organizer: G2Electric ApS (BEOstaeren), Copenhagen, Denmark BEOstaeren is an independent company and is not affiliated with Bang & Olufsen A/S.

1. Eligibility. Open worldwide to individuals aged 18+. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary.
2. Entry Period. Starts on publication of the giveaway page and ends 15 November 2025 at 23:59 CET.
3. How to Enter. (a) Follow BEOstaeren on Instagram and/or Facebook; (b) like and share the giveaway post; (c) tag two friends; (d) sign up to the BEOstaeren newsletter via the form on the giveaway page. Only the newsletter signup creates a valid ticket in the draw. One entry per person.
4. Automatic Entries for Past Customers. Customers who have made a purchase from BEOstaeren in the last 20 years are automatically included in the draw. Automatic entries do not increase the number of total entries per person.
5. Prize. One (1) pair of Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 5 loudspeakers, pre-owned, fully restored and tested by BEOstaeren, supplied in original packaging. Approximate retail value varies by market. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement. One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The draw will take place on 17 November 2025. The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days and announced on BEOstaeren’s website/social media.
7. Shipping, Duties & Local Rules. Worldwide shipping is included. The winner is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and compliance with local laws.
8. Verification. BEOstaeren may require proof of identity/eligibility and may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, or violate these terms.
9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that BEOstaeren may use the winner’s first name, country, and a brief testimonial/photo for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, where lawful.
10. Data Protection. Personal data will be used to administer the giveaway and, if opted-in, to send marketing emails from BEOstaeren. Data will not be sold to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Disqualification. BEOstaeren reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, spamming, or violating platform rules.
12. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEOstaeren is not liable for technical failures, platform outages, or circumstances beyond its control that affect entry or prize delivery.
13. No Affiliation. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Bang & Olufsen A/S, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
14. Changes & Cancellation. BEOstaeren may amend these Terms or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, without prior notice.
15. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
